8. Must not be a fugitive from justice.
9. Must not be a drug user or person with a substance abuse disorder.
10. Must not have a mental disorder that causes you to be potentially dangerous to yourself or others.
11. Must not have been dishonorably discharged from the military within the past 5 years.
12. Must not be an illegal alien.
13. Must not have been the subject of an investigation by any law enforcement agency within the past 5 years regarding domestic abuse.
